Hey,

What did you do last weekend?

If you're honest, you probably spent most of it consuming. Scrolling. Watching. Reading about people building things instead of building something yourself.

I did the same thing for months. Convinced I was "doing research." Convinced I was getting closer.

I wasn't. I was just comfortable.

The weekend is the most underused asset any beginner has. Here's exactly what I'd do with 48 hours starting from scratch today.

Saturday Morning: Get Clear.

Answer three questions before you build anything:

  • Who is the one person I'm talking to?

  • What is the one problem they have that I can solve?

  • What does their life look like after I solve it?

Write the answers down. Everything flows from here. Skip this and you're building on sand.

Saturday Afternoon: Build Your Foundation.

Three things every digital product business needs:

A place to sell. Gumroad or Beacons.ai. Free. Twenty minutes. Done.

A place to send people. Your Instagram bio. One clear line explaining what you do and who for. One link. That's it.

A place to capture emails. Beehiiv. Free. Every buyer and follower goes onto that list. That list is the only audience you truly own.

Saturday Night: Create Your First Piece of Content.

One honest, direct piece of content speaking to your audience's exact problem. Filmed on your phone. Spoken like you're talking to a friend.

Hook: call out the problem. Middle: show why it matters. End: tell them what to do next. Post it before you sleep.

Sunday: Validate Your Idea.

Before you spend weeks building a product, find out if anyone actually wants it.

Post a story. Ask a direct question. DM five people in your niche and have a real conversation about the problem you're solving. Go into the comments of the biggest accounts in your space and see what questions keep coming up.

If three or more people respond with genuine interest, you have a product worth building.

If you hear crickets, then pivot and repeat. Costs you nothing but a Sunday afternoon.

You don't need more information. You don't need a bigger following. You don't need the perfect idea.

You need 48 hours and the decision to actually use them.

This weekend is sitting right in front of you.

Stay locked in, there's more coming.
